I have a slight obsession with jackets and this military jacket is simply fabulous to me. I love the gold details, the buttons, the high collar and you know it already, the price I paid for this bebe military jacket.
I bought this jacket from a thrift store in Long Island, New York, called Island Thrift. The jacket cost me only $4.00. Yes, believe me, I was in total shock because it was in perfect condition, and a bebe piece. I am guessing here, but this jacket probably retailed for about $100 at some point. But, you have to love a price like $4.00 for such a unique piece.
I paired this military jacket with this beautiful printed mini skirt from the Gap, which was also thrifted. I thrifted this skirt from the Salvation Army at an amazing price of $2.00, a day when all clothing was 50% off. A great thrifting tip for everyone here is to know the deals happening at your thrift stores on certain days. Simply checking out their facebook pages, if they have one, or calling the stores during the week and inquiring about what sales they have for that week. Many have select days when they would run certain color tags on sales, or certain areas of the stores that will be on sale.
I completed the outfit with these grey Report Signature pumps, which you have seen here before. These pumps came from Zoe’s Vintique in Los Angeles and rounds out this outfit in a perfect way. Simple outfit, but I believe it makes such a statement!
