One particular store that I was very happy to visit was a vintage store called the Glam Factory Vintage in the Arts District of Las Vegas. The clothes are impeccable, beautiful, and elegant. Men and women can find outfits that bring back the timeless sexy styles of the past. When I saw this blue vintage dress I immediately prayed that it would fit. As you know vintage pieces tend to run rather small, so you honestly never know, unless you try it on. That is one of the rules with thrifting, ALWAYS try your pieces on.
The dress cost $35, but, simply asking the owner if she was willing to come down was all it took. I paid $25 for it and super happy with this purchase. I love the abstract pattern, the vibrant blue and white color and the fit is perfect. I especially love the high collar with this dress. While I might not be one to rock vintage pieces often, I am very comfortable wearing this piece.
If you follow me on this blog, rocking bright colors is just my thing. I opted to add another pop of color with this outfit with these orange Jessica Simpson patent leather heels from Ross Dress For Less. I have had these heels forever, but they are such a go-to addition when I want to add pops of color. I added this orange vintage clutch, which I scored for only $2 from a Goodwill in DC, to complete the look.
