Hi Guys! The lovely Keren Charles of Two Stylish Kays, and I are styling our thrifted lace pieces this week. Check out her blog for the details on this beautiful lace dress that she scored.
This outfit is actually head to toe thrifted. Didn’t realize it until I just started writing this post. But, let’s jump into the details of the outfit. I thrifted this lace Top Shop shirt from the Goodwill for only $4.00. I love Topshop but normally get their items on major clearance, or when they appear in my favorite thrift stores. Yes, that will be a definite score as I researched this shirt to see my actual savings. I found it online for $39.99. Once again — gotta love thrifting!
I especially love the puffy sleeves and the exposed zipper in the back. I paired it with these cute polka dot skirt that I thrifted from a different Goodwill for $2.00. The cute side bow on this skirt, my obsession for polka dots and the price justified this purchase. I completed the outfit with these Nine West booties. These were thrifted for $5.00 from the Salvation Army.
You can definitely count on finding very cute lace pieces at your local thrift and consignment shops. Take a look around the next time for some lace pieces. Thrift and Style — you won’t regret it.
Now, let’s jump into our Thrift Sisters link up! Keren and I launched our Thrift Sisters link up, encouraging you all to post thrifted or thrifty priced items to this link up. We are very appreciative of those who took time out to link up their great thrifted items. This week’s featured Thrift Sister is Ada of Elegance and Mommyhood. YOU DID THAT!
Thrifting is my go-to in shopping. I don’t touch the malls unless I’m with someone else but never for myself. I love the outfits you walked away with. You styled it so cute.
Miss Daja,
THANK YOU for stopping by the blog! Glad to see that you are another thrifter! Girl, I am not a mall person since I do believe I am allergic to their high prices.
OK seriously, you find the BEST stuff at thrift shops! I need to make my way to a couple thrift stores this weekend!

Maggie,
Yes, you are definitely right about that. A great lace is a must have in every woman’s closet.
Great outfit! Love the polka dots!
Alicia,
Thank you for stopping by.
I am 100% in love with that lace dress. Oh man that looks so amazing!
Michelle,
Thank you!
Gorgeous! I love the lace with the polka dots. I would have never thought of this combination before.
JoAnn,
Thank you! I have never worn this combo before, but I figured the cream matched so why not.
Wow! How beautiful! I can’t believe that’s a thrift store find. I work for a nonprofit that is mostly known for thrift stores and I get an employee discount. Talk about an added bonus. We have great stuff in stock all the time.
Nikki,
Yay!!! Discounts on top of thrift store prices — I’m jealous!
I did thank Keren then but I am thanking you again about choosing my floral romper as your favorite look of the previous week. It made my day.
I have been MIA with my comments lately but you know I adore you. That skirt is FAB and once again you both look smashing in Lace.
I gave you the ASPIRING BLOGGER Award by the way, linked below. Please read it when you get a chance. Thanks so much.
